Will this evolve into the MILF bar? Only time will tell.

Cheers!

So Rick, is an investor the same as a brew sampler in this case? Seriously, good luck to you with the brew pub. May you be hugely successful and then buy an enormous villa on STJ and invite all your forum friends for frequent visits. (Hey Christine, not fair...., looks like you'll be able to quit your job before me.) Have you recovered from the jazz festivities yet (sounds like you all had a great time)? Have a great day! Ali~

Thanks gang. It's going to take a year or so to get open. This is a project I've been working for a long time. I'm working startup and then I'll move to quality control, on the paying side of the bar. I'll let the restaurant and brewing pros run things and just keep an eye on the company as a member of the board. Though, my kids both plan on working there - the operative word being work.

If you want more information on the venture you can send me a note at rick@madfoxbrewing.com.

Cheers, RickG

Congratulations Rick! It sounds like a perfect venture for you based on all your beer and brewing related posts!

When I read the article, I saw Capitol Brewery and was thinking it might be the one here in Madison, but I then realized what part of the country you're from and that the name was slightly different.

All the best to you and your future "working" daughters.
