Under 25 car rental ?

Hey Rick or anyone else who would know,
do you know if Dependable will rent to my two under 25 honeymooners? After reading the thread about Budget vs Dependable, the reports on Budget are kinda scary and they are rookies so I hate for them to have a bad experience right off the bat!

They may, some do. I think Avis does, however you have to pay like $10 extra per day.
