Have stayed at the Frenchman several times and always had a good experience. Clean rooms and great amenities.

I have stayed there twice a few years ago for work. Both times I was on the government rate. The first time I was in a room overlooking the water. It was a very nice room.

The second time I ended up having to extend my stay over the weekend. They moved me to one of the back rooms because it was going to be busy during the weekend. The room overlooked the parking lot and was kind of smelly and definately not as nice as the main hotel.

The hotel was great though. What amazed me was the beach was empty but the pool was packed. I hung out at the beach and had some beers at their beach bar. This was the off season during summer.
