Villa Management Change...Seaview Anyone?

Our villa Orchid Hill has changed management companies from Vacation Vistas to Seaview Homes.

I wasn't surprised since this has happened to us before, but I have not heard very much about Seaview Homes. Has anyone worked with this company? Any experience with these guys?

We used them a few years back to rent San Costanzo. Mark was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We had an issue with the smoke alarms and he was there immediatly having them fixed. I would definetly use them again.

We used Seaview when we rented Lost Horizon for 2 weeks back in 2003. Mark and his wife (her name is escaping me) were great, everything went smoothly.

Seaview is back to just Mark but he is a great guy and you will have no problems

I rented Sea Cay from them a few years ago; no problems! I would use again. Ali~

We rented Villa Seaview from them last June. No problems at all, I would use them again. I dealt with Mark and he was very nice and very professional.

We used Seaview Homes a couple years ago. No problems at all! Mark came to the villa to help us with something....can't remember what right now! Nice guy!

My Family has done business with Seaview Homes on 5 different occasions, including my daughters wedding in 2006, when we needed 6 villas. Mark is a Great Guy and is hands on with the homes. He has always exceeded my expectation for service, lives ON ISLAND close by to his properties, and is a big help when it comes to the ins and outs of the island.
