Skyway Villa
We are considering renting this villa, but I can't seem to find any reviews on it, on any site. Was it known previously by another name, or has it only recently begun to be rented?

My only comment other than that you would have GORGEOUS views is that you can see the people in the corner of the villa where the hot tub is. Cat may have a pic with a closer view, but I was not trying to catch Skyway as much as the view from Seawatch (it's neighbor).
We could definitely see the kids down and the mom - Cat is the one that said that that was the hot tub. I tried not to look that way when they were in that area so as not to make them think we were spying on them.
I didn't like that they could see us on our deck so I figured they felt the same way...and I know they could see us because I saw them looking at us.
That would not keep me from renting Skyway at all though - jeez, it's just one small corner of the entire villa. We actually checked into it for our trip this summer but wanted to stay closer to town for the newbies going with us. I think that villa looks AWESOME!
It has a HUGE driveway for parking cars too! I think you will love it!

p.s. those concrete blocks in front of Seawatch are where they are extending Seawatch's deck to.

We're staying there next month...will post info upon return. We went to look at it this past September to be sure this was the one we wanted to book for our family trip and I can tell you that the house is beautiful!! The setup is perfect for us, as there is an apartment attached to the house below pool deck level which is good if you have little ones. Denise from Online Vacations represents the property and is very friendly/helpful. I would definitely recommend it and her. More info posted in early March when we actually stay there!

looking forward to your report.our daughter and (now) fiance became engaged while we were all there last june, and now want to have their wedding on trunk bay beach in november. we want a great house for the family and 2 attendants, and this one seemed to fit the bill -- we thought the apartment would be more private for the couple. we stayed at villa capiz last june, and loved the gifft hill area.
