Interesting site for villa photos

I am sure some of you have done this, but I wound up on one of the St John MLS Real Estate sites in one of my searches for villas. Besides the fact that there seems to be a lot of villas for sale, there are some really good pictures that can help anyone who is looking for some more views of a villa before they rent it. The initial listing does not give a villa name so it's kinda hunt and peck, but when you go into the listing it does give you the name of the villa. Hope this is helpful in your villa searches

Hey it's good to know what I can get for my $10million! (I wish!)

I just checked one site, but if the numbers there are accurate, the taxes were surprisingly low. ($10K/year on an $8M home? That's what I'm paying and I can assure you that my house is not worth $8M!!) Or maybe those taxes are monthly? In that case, I take back the comment about taxes being low!!

Just remember that if the house sells, your rental deal could fall through and you could be up a creek without a paddle
