This was mentioned in a post with a nondescript subject line. here is the link to that thread. If you are on STJ on November 17th, it is the night of the Rotary Club of St John's Flavors of St John. 20 restaurants showing off their best for us to taste. $100 pp. Money raised goes to scholarships and other worthy causes.
Hope to meet some of you there. I should be the MC for the event. I see Flip Flop, Pia and Naturegirl may be coming. Make yourselves known to me. Thanks! Pia, I think we met at the Toad and Tart once.
Yep, we met about 2 years ago at the T&T after we had lived here about 2 months and I also had spoken to you briefly the day we arrived to live on STJ when hubby was admitted at 10:30pm to the hospital for emergency surgery
What happened to you guys? Did't see anyone. Was a great time. The Westin came in as people's choice hands down! Zozo's second and Ted's Supper Club third.
A wonderful night was enjoyed by all with even an opportunity for all to hob nob with Governor John DeJongh!
Did anyone on line attend this event? I am dying to hear from Flip FLop who was there. She comes back on Friday -- no doubt she's on island drinking her last pain killers now! With only one more day until the walk of woe.
Anyone have a report on this event? Did you get to meet Flip flop and hubby?
You know this group - they want details, details, details - who wore what, food porn pictures, detailed descriptions of flavours and presentation, who got drunk and fell down (saw that last year ) what the band was like, etc, etc, etc
I think this was the single best thing we did while on our trip. Anyone who is there during it should go. It was a bit of Who's who on St. John. I will go into detail (that which I can remember) in my trip report! Met the governor which was very cool.

I voted for Zozos, my hubby voted for Ted's ... I didn't realize until the next day that it was Tage Ted! Ted's was my 2nd choice. YUMMY night. I am sorry I didn't introduce myself either but it was pretty busy and I was not sure who was who. Except the governor
