Sweet Plantains

Post by naturegirl »

Does anyone know if Sweet Plaintains is open for Thanksgiving and if they serve some sort of Carribean Turkey dinner?

Has anyone been to Skinny Legs for Thanksgiving and if so what do you think of the pig roast and regatta?

What about Chateaux Bordeaux or Tage or Zozo's for Thanksgiving. ANy suggestion?

"Thankspigging" at Skinny's is a potluck type of open house community dinner. We had to leave the day before Thanksgiving last year, so we missed it, though we were around for some of the preliminary preparations. Our friends say it's a good time for all.

By the way, the "restaurant" part of Skinny's is closed for Thankspigging. It's appreciated if you bring a food contribution. Also last year a huge amount of people came and musicians played most of the day. By all accounts it was a fun day. I was pi$$ed that we couldn't stay.
As far as Sweet Plaintains, sorry I don't know if they're open or not. Pia might know.
