Hummingbirs for b-as-u-r and sheilakw3

Here's a couple of hummingbird pics. Sill looking for the one with the iguana and hovering bird! I don't know what the CT&L photo contest is...do you have more info? I shoot with a NikonD80 with a Nikon 70-300 VR zoom lens. Thanks for appreciating my pictures, I am an avid photographer and love sharing my pictures.

Thanks for taking the time to post the hummingbird pics....they're absolutely fabulous! There's just something magical about hummingbirds, IMO. As to the photo contest, just to the left in this forum is an ad for a free issue of Caribbean Travel & Life Magazine. Absolutely beautiful pictures!!!!! Not only do you have a fabulous and creative eye but a very steady hand to catch those mid-flight wing shots!

I subscribe to Caribbean CT&L and they just posted the photo contest winners (one or two issues ago). If I recall, one guy won multiple awards or at least placed in a few categories. In my opinion, there are many people here who would be very competitive in their annual photo contest....VickiH, jmq and liamsaunt are a few who come to mind.
