I see that this Villa is always booked solid. The price seems really good. I love the view but am afraid that the Villa might be a bit worn. Has any one stayed there. There are not any recent reviews. Also the Villa Summer Wind looks nice has anyone stayed there ?

I have not stayed at either one, but wow, I think Orchid Knoll has the best view I've ever seen! I would call the villa rep and ask them how old the furnishings are.
