Mongoose Junction

How is the parking here? Plenty of space? I think we will stop at Deli Grotto to get sandwiches to take to the beach each day...

Parking is fine at Mongoose right now but during "season" it can be a nightmare especially around 11am on.
During "peak season" they have a parking attendant at the entrance to make sure you are visiting the Mongoose stores.
Remember no long term parking, no parking while going on a day trip and no parking while you "pop over" to STT as they will clamp/boot/tow you.
A tourists car was towed from Mongoose after it sat there for most of the day (they were in STT) only about 1 month ago, but it is fine if you are shopping/eating there.

Horrible! There are no spots in front, and there are NEVER any spots across the street. Never go near there. Park farrrrrr away.

I'm totally kidding.

Last year, thru sheer luck or blind ignorance, we were able to get a spot in the small lot across from Mongoose every day, so I think you'll be fine. Also, if you have more than 2 people in the car, one person can get the grub whilst the driver sit in the car waiting in that lot across the street. You'll be fine.

Rent your vehicle from Penn's. Park in their lot- short walk to Mongoose.

We've always found a spot both in and off season :D Deli Grotto is great! You will love the food if you haven't been.
