If interested in the Coral Bay or Salt Pond area, check windspree.com. They handle several nice looking properties in that price range. We are renting Little Paradise for first couple of weeks in Nov from them. A 2 bdrm, 2 bath, with A/C. They seem good to work with.

If you want a Cruz Bay location, try Star Villas.

Hi Laurie,

DK if it's available but take a look at Perelandra (www.vrbo.com/18786), available through other sites/agencies as well but I know this one has an online calendar so you can check your dates right away.

It has 2BRs, 2Baths, a/c in BRs, private pool, great sunset views, and I think within your price range.

We've stayed at a couple other really nice 2BRs but they are all more $$s.

Nice one sloop, I saved that one on my villa list. I've been wanting to stay out East End way. We'll out that way in October and will check it out up the hill (stopping by your place too!).

Cheers, RickG

Check out Perelandra for the two bedroom villa !!

We have stayed at Perelandra several times over the past 6-7 years. We keep going back to Perelandra after having tried several other villas. P is above Cruz Bay and has the best views of St Thomas, Pillsbury Sound and the sunsets. You are far enough up the mountain that noise is a non-issue. It is very private with its own pool and two decks. Very well equipped and well decorated. If you want phenomenal views, skinny dip privacy and total relaxation..check out Perelandra. We are going back again in early Spring!! Perelandra can be found at www.vrbo.com/18786.
