Anyone know anything about Sol Inclination??

Looked at this villa and now desperately want to stay there. I'm trying to find out if it's managed by anyone on island. If you have any information, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Kathy Mc Laughlin (Island Getaways) manages this house and IMHO she's the best agent on the island. We've rented through her for a number of years and I don't think anyone is better than Kathy. This house looks great and Kathy told me that she really didn't want another house to manage since the ones she has keep her so busy but this house is so great and she really likes the owners so she added this house for those reasons. My family turns thumbs down on the south side so if this house was on the northside or in Coral Bay I'd definitely be interested in it.
