Soft Winds Villa

Hi, just wondering if anyone was familiar with Soft Winds villa in Fish Bay estates on St. John, we rented through Private Homes and have had great luck with them before but arent familiar with this particular villa other that pics on website. Thanks for any info.

The house is very nice with a great screened-in porch and the first floor has a master bedroom on one end with private bath and two bedrooms on the other end with a shared bath. All bedrooms have window air conditioners. There are private decks all around the house and a pool/garden area when you enter from the circular drive.
Below the main floor is a private bedroom and bathroom with its own deck. There is also a laundry room that is outstanding. (nice for those of us that go to STJ with just carry-on bags )

Have stayed 3 times at softwinds and really enjoyed it. During the "winter" time, the pool does not get to warm but that is only down side thing I can think of. Yes...PHPV are great to work with. Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions.

I agree that Soft Winds is a very nice home. Great views(especially of Reef Bay) and very private! Now that more of the road is paved, it's a lot less "remote" feeling. I think you'll really like it.
