Paradise Gate

Have been reading about Paradise Gate which is located at 9015 Havensite, Suite 1-3. Does anyone know exactly where this is? I cannot imagine a place with a gym, a place for beach volley ball, a pool, and a great place to eat in Havensite.

It's in the last building on the left on the WICO dock, where the cruise ships come in.
