Coqui Villa, Need Quick Advice

Couldn't find any review on Coqui. It is a house heading up Maria Bluff on the right.

I am blessed with the opportunity to return to St. John after being home only a week or two! Leaving on Monday and have to make a quick decision.

Can't give you any info on the inside of the house, but the location is great, and the outside looked nice when we drove by 2 years ago. Someone posted inside pictures of the villa on a recent (3-4 weeks ago) thread of "post your pictures" of villas.
