Calabash boom apartments?

Are these apartments or short term rentals in Calabash Boom? Yellow buildings, blue roofs? I can't find any info on them and have passed several times. Just wondering.

Locals would know for sure, but I know there was some government housing that was being built in Calabash Boom, I wonder if that's what is in your picture?
