Battery Hill - Construction Next Door

We received an email from the condo owner whom we are renting from in May, stating that there is a large villa being built next door. Construction is generally from 7:30-3, which is normal. I was wondering if anyone stayed there recently and could comment on the noise/disruption from the construction. Thanks!
