We love spending our last night out on a boat trip in Christmas Cove. Pizza Pi has excellent pizza, maybe a bit lighter than tradition NYC style. We're usually in Christmas Cove Thursday night, one of their nights off. Its worth staying until they open Friday morning to get a pie.
Something to think about, with Dinghy's Beach Bar on Water Island, Abi Beach Bar and Pizza Pi at Christmas Cove there are enough attractions for a nice day on the water a la Jost Van Dyke.
