Ah, um... We have seen lizards in the house but they seem to hide and try to stay away from humans. They weren't running around on the floor or anything like that.
The likelyhood of seeing a critter probably depends on how open the house is. I will say, we tend to leave the doors and windows wide open so I am not surprised that we found "friends" in the house.
You will see critters. We had many geckos in the house but they eat bugs so it made me happy. There may also be ants, so you will want to make sure that you don't leave food out on the counters.
We had a little bitty frog living in the sink drain of the 1/2 bath in ambiance. He was quite cute & didn't eat much at all. Most other critters we saw (including the dino iguana) were definitely OUTside of the villa
This last trip we had a four foot Iguana in the main house area. He ran behind the T.V. and then out of the house. No big deal all part of the expierence.
Hey neighbor. Why not make this a fun deal and take "Critter Bingo" cards. Just kidding. Probably already exists and is on sale at St John Spice! Please say hello to Mark from Seaview Homes. He is a friend and will take very good care of you. Just say Bill and Sandie are looking forward to seeing him in Dec...God bless...Bill
Ksea,
Good for you....just be vigilant. We(husband humors me)have a nightly ritual of unmaking the bed, shaking the heck out of the sheets, banging on the head and footboards and then remaking the bed.
It takes both the sun and the rain to make a beautiful rainbow. --Unknown
