Walker Rental in St Thomas

My wife uses a wheelchair for long distance travel and we would like to rent a walker for the week we are at the Marriott Frenchman's Reef (apr 7-14, '14). Does anyone know where we can rent one (hopefully a 4 wheel rollator walker). We have always been able to rent this item wherever we have traveled, but concierge at hotel told me onlu can buy one at the pharmacies he contacted.

I don't know what kind you are using today, but perhaps a walker that folds up would work. You can buy it here and have it on the plane with you. It would be an investment, but you might get something back from your insurance company if you buy it in the US. You mihgt find the net cost of buying it is less than the rental down there.
