Weather 1st of December, small villas near Great Cruz?

I am posting for a user who just can't seem to log in, whatever we try:

"Really would like to know weather for the first of December and recommendations/input of places to stay....small villas in Great Cruz Bay, Gallows Point, or Grande Bay Resort? If you could post or if you know any information...I'd appreciate it!"

We have visited St. John Many times in the early part of December. Is is really nice and fairly quiet. Restaurants are open, but not super crowded for the holiday yet, and there are cute touches like lights on the sailboats and palm trees. It is hard to recommend without a budget, but there seems to be quite a bit open if you do a simple search on vrbo with available dates. We have stayed at Grande Bay before and love the convenience of it.
