What are these places?

What is the white 3-4 story building down the road from Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel? It is on the hill and I think it would be southwest of CBBH. It looks like it could be condos but I've never seen activity there. Also, what was the building across from Barefoot Cowboy (next to Hercules). It was a stone building. I have always wondered what these were and can't figure it out. Thank you.

If you are referring to the stone building with the unfinished top, it is Penn's. They are a trucking company who also rent jeeps. Very nice to deal with and you can park in their lot. They are more expensive than some of the other rental places.
I have no idea about the other building.
