Heading down in a couple of weeks.
Any recent visitors know what days Vie's is "scheduled" to be open/closed?
Also, what are her "hours"?

Best to call her directly @ 340 693-5033 since her hours (and days) vary. Also, when Vie's is open her Garlic Chicken (which is fabulous!) goes fast so if you are going out ask her to save you some! Enjoy.

10am to 5pm, Tuesday - Saturday...but she has been known to be closed from time to time if for some reason she can't come in (illness, family obligation, etc.), so calling ahead, as mentioned above, is recommended not only to confirm that they're open, but also put an order in if you know what you want.

We were there about a week ago and knew we couldn't get over there until around 1pm...so we called about 30 minutes out and put our order in. That worked out really well as we got our food about 10 minutes after arriving and ahead of a couple of other big parties that arrived before us.

Garlic Fried Chicken is awesome...comes with a Johnny Cake and Rice/Beans.

Get an order of Conch Fritters (3 big ones) for the table as well.

And if you're wearing shorts with a forgiving waistband and have an anti-coagulent handy, get the Coconut Tart too. It rocks the Rock.

With festival,and carnival aroundmthemcorner,,her schedule could drastically change daily, so I would call like advised by another poster!

Thanks for the tips. We are arriving right after Carnival so hopefully Vie will be back to her "normal" schedule.
