Trip Report 5/18 - 5/25/2013 - Part 7

We literally just kicked it at White Bay for the day...ate, drank and was very merry. We went to the Fish Trap that evening.

Wednesday the 22nd. My husband and I hung out at the Tap Room and Margarita Phils.

I had the R&R (RUM and Rootbeer) and a Strawberry Lemonade with Vodak..forgot the name of the drink.

Margaritas were great!!! and despite the bad reviews this place gets, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. I had the crab enchiladas and my husband had the tuna tacos.

Husband almost drank the entire bottle by himself.

Phil was there! We talked with him for about 45 min. He saw my husband liked Tequila so much he gave him free shots of some other kind of tequila..can't remember the name of it.

Have never eaten at Margarita Phil's.......just don't feel like Mexican when on island

Thanks for the trip report- really love when people take the time to write them.We LOVE Margarita Phil's! We were in STT in April, went to STJ for the day, and spent our evening at Margarita Phil's ( for my birthday). Neil is the manager and a great guy. Our food has been excellent each time we have been there and the Margs even better. Headed to STJ for 12 days and cannot wait to get over to MP. I hope some positive reviews will get a few more people to give it a try!
