Class of 2013 – Days 3 and 4 – Trunk Bay, Fatty Crab, Villa
We get up and enjoy a morning swim and breakfast on the deck. We head to Trunk with the stops along the gorgeous North Shore road for the newbies. We had a great day at Trunk Bay, with folks swimming, relaxing, snorkeling and enjoying lunch and cocktails at the snack bar.

We head to Woodys for Happy Hour and get one of the outside tables and enjoy some $1 beers (Those Rotten Kids really appreciated the prices). We hatch a plan that the “adults” (and I use that term loosely) will head back to the villa to shower and we will go to dinner at the Fatty Crab. The Rotten Kids are going to hit up Castaways for some tacos and we will all meet up to hear the guitar player from Steely Dan play at the Fatty Crab.

The three of us really enjoyed the meal at Fatty Crab, but I admit to having a very wimpy palate and it was quite hilarious to all when I set my mouth on fire with crispy potatoes! We shared 5 small plates, a bottle of wine and few beers and the bill was $130, which I thought was quite reasonable. The music was awesome, the Rotten Kids showed up and then we all headed to 420 for a night cap. The kids liked this bar, but it wasn’t my favorite, although you can smoke at the outside tables which was nice.
Day 3 – Villa Gravity and Zozos.
Everyone was slow to rise and it turned into a villa gravity day. I loved this! Swimming, laughing, pina coladas in the pool. Vistaero is really high up and gets great breezes so it is not hot at all and the mosquitos which were quite active were much less of a problem there.

Some of the kids have opted out of the expensive Zozos dinner, so we drop them off and head to my favorite restaurant. As usual we had a fabulous meal and we all kicked ourselves for the lack of food porn.

We met up with the kids at the Beach Bar where there was a great band playing and had a great time. Then headed back to the villa where we all had drinks on the deck and Phyllis gave us an amazing impromptu concert. She is such a fabulous performer and The Rotten Kids were mesmerized by her rendition of some classic standards and showtunes. Just a fabulous evening!

Enjoying your report! I'm sad we never made it to Fatty Crab. Can't believe it was a month ago already that we were there. Love that view of Rendezvous Bay. Great pictures!
