Thanks for posting.

Re: New House Hunters International!
Hey Donna, I'll be staying at the Treetops B & B on Pelican Rd May 4-11. Isn't that near your place? If so, I'll keep an eye on it as I drive by each day.
When are you and Doug heading back down? Hope it's soon!

Friends, they go away then they re-appear...I believe there is Magic here.

Hi Nancie! Sorry i fell off the face of the earth. My dryer died so I have been spending some quality time at the laundromat in Boyertown the last 2 days. Anyway, we are on Charlotte's Way which is next to Pebble Way. We are finally taking our boys down for a short trip in July and then we are taking friends from England in November. Woohoo!

I enjoyed the show but for some reason can't remember which house they bought- was it the one in Chocolate Hole and what was the price? Thanks.
Re: New House Hunters International!
Hi Donna! We're practically neighbors! We're right down in the road in Hereford township!

Donna - I would love to swing by and look at your pool when you are here if it is convenient

Pia, you are more than welcome to look at my pool any time. We don't have to be there! We so enjoyed meeting you on the Leinster Bay trail and hope to meet your hardworking other half sooner rather than later. It is a little disappointing opening my Pennslvania pool this week and the water temp is 61 degrees, knowing the warmer STJ pool is there. Our older son graduates from college next Friday so we have been preparing for the party which keeps us here in PA.
Cjroyer, how cool! Nancie is from Gilbertsville and we are in Perkiomenville. Quite the Berks Montgomery contingent we have here!
We just watched the episode this afternoon since 10:30 is past my bedtime!
We would have chosen the same place in Chocolate Hole. The other places has better views but this one had more potential, big piece of land and a masonry house.

Patrick, the house was priced at $595,000 and they paid $550,000.

DonnaM- Thank you. I was trying to remember to tell my wife and friends but by the next morning my memory was failing.
