Villa Dos Palmas

Does anyone know anything about this villa in the Coral Bay area? I can't find any reviews and it looks too good to be true? Thanks!

I also noticed the rental listing had been removed from VRBO and homeaway- not sure what to make of it.... just throwing it out there
