I am thinking the seller may have gotten a bit over jealous while holding down the $0 key - ?? - Has anyone on the Forum used this Company? Or know the vessel in the pic?

That makes 5 restaurants, 1 fishing charter and 1 sailboat excursion company (on St John) that I know of on Craigslist.

I am over jealous of anyone who has a business worth that much on StJ.

I think it must be a typo. Some quick math, if you were to put down 20% (1 million) and could find a bank to give you a 20 year loan at 2% (highly unlikely) the monthly payments would be over $20,000.00/month. That 100K/year isn't going very far.

Hey Pia what are the five restaurants? I think I know several but not sure I know them all. Thanks

Zero Sushi, La Plancha, Island Blues, and one in The Lumberyard :) and (actually) 2 more but they just "rolled off" Craigslist (is that the terminology) but are still for sale but given they are not actively on today I won't list :)

Wow. I think Survivan's ad is a typo but sad the boat is for sale. We've sailed with them multiple times and love them. Also very surprised to see LPDM for sale. That has been our favorite "nice" restaurant since we started going to STJ in'09. I know the loss of Mike was very difficult for them but will miss seeing them if they can find a buyer.

We ate at Zero Sushi and it wasn't what we are used to. I thought we were just spoiled at home, or being picky, but one trip to Caneel for sushi made it apparent, that GREAT sushi can be done on island. The prices were a bit higher but the portions were tripled so it made up for the increase easily. Plus there is that whole added benefit of eating sushi on a perfect beach thing.

LOL on holding down the zero key for too long...it does seem that it was a typo.
