Absolutely great house with wongerful views. Wonderful breezes on the upper deck. Easy to get to off Gift Hill Rd. The pool is huge. We visited before they converted it from 3 BR to 5BR, so they did not have the jacuzzi.
Deck space is huge. Views from both the upper level and lower level. All of the bedrooms have separate entrances, and the main pod contains the living room/kitchen. There is a wonderful jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.
Very pretty sunrises and we did have sunsets when we were there in October. Everytime we wanted to book it again it was already booked for our time. Guess it is a pretty popular house.

We've stayed at Vistaero with our four children and it was perfect. We'll be back again with them in late July/August. I don't recall the jacuzi in the master bedroom though...wonder if that got changed with the remodel. The only downside is that it is nearly impossible to lock it up when you leave. We did have some cash stollen (our children's fault for not giving us their cash to lock in the safe). For a more detailed review, check out our villa review from August 2005 on this message board.

Just so you know, it is on the market right now. I don't know how that will impact future rentals if it sells. They are asking 3.5M for it.
