GraysonDave, you are an enabler!

You posted that thread about how cheap the flights were from Atlanta so even though we're from Buffalo I had to start looking at prices. We went down last year in November and paid $502/ticket inclusive and there was just no way we could do that again.

Well, thanks to you and that post I just bought tickets for December from BUF to STT for $285/ticket including the taxes! :D

OMG I can't remember ever paying that cheap of a rate.

We had no plans to return this year since we did a European trip earlier for our anniversary. We thought maybe we'd take a cruise just to get somewhere hot in December and cruises are really cheap right now. But there's NO WAY we could pass this fare up.

So Thank You Thank You Thank You, for putting up that post and helping us with our addiction :D

No way! I cannot believe you got airfare that cheap! I am going 11/7-11/13 and it is nowhere near that rate! We thought we were lucky getting air under $600! Air around Haloween time was even more ridiculous. Not even doable for us. Lucky you!!!!! Have fun :)
Going "home" again October 26th!

We used FF Miles for tickets for early November; checked today to see what bargains we might have had... $641.00.
Happy for all of you who have won the low-fare lottery for paradise! 8)

Awesome! We will all have to plan to meet :D . We are staying at Grande Bay so easy for us to meet anytime. Doesn't necessarily have to be The Beach Bar on the Sunday. Beach day, dinner, whatever.

What I appreciate about this forum is the helpful information people post such as the airfare deals. I wasn't even looking prior to that, figured it was just going to be high as usual and my eyes about popped out of my head when I saw the prices.

Immediately started saying to husband, what do you want to do, what do you want to do??? Really had no intention of a stj trip before reading that post.

Now I'm starting the villa search to see if I want to be economical and wait for a last minute deal or what. Early December is not usually too busy; for the first time I might actually wait for a "special". It goes against my uber planning personality but we will see :)
