Anyone Remember?

I wrote down the name of a recommended good beach read a few weeks ago and now can't remember title/author. I thought it was "The Island" or something similiar. About a young woman flying with a boy who has a health condition and the pilot has a heart attack, plane goes down on a remote island. I know it's a long shot!!!

think you might be talking about 'on the island' by tracey garvis greaves...i haven't read it.. but it fits the description!
