T-minus 24 hours

Post by BOATSRUS »

Well the day has finally gotten here...I am running around like a headless STJ chicken trying to get packed..I'm currently in the stack management mode...my stuff, s/o's stuff and recreationals...which includes all the stuff that I justified to myself that I HAD to HAVE for this trip...new Olympus 770 and all the appropiate gear, and a new raft purchased at Chez' Target, a double-wide with 36 cupholder capabilities...I figure we will make this a new Olympic sporting event..S/O failed miserably at his attempt to rag me regarding this purchase!!Thanks to all for your planning help..We leave this afternoon to drive to CLT and then non-stop to STT tomorrow...Depending on US Dispair I guess we will make the 5:30 CA ferry...I will be the brunette village idiot in front of the web cam !!We will be warming up the bar stools for all you B. D. F. Tour folks..so start takin' your vitamins !!Let the games begin...Gotta go pedicure and womanscaping to do (he-he)couldn't resist..I'm not taking my lap top or anything else that may remind me of work . so I'll just have to write a big report when I get back..so far bathing suit count (5) and number of flips(at least 5!)
I'd rather be in the boat with a drink on the rocks than in the drink with a boat on the rocks

BOATSRUS,
Hope you have a wonderful vacation and
a safe trip. It sounds like you have
everything under control. :)
Stupid question.....how will you inflate the raft?
I ordered one for our next trip....one with
a see through window, because I don't really
like snorkeling (Gasp)
Anyway, have fun....mia

Have a great time!!!

We have an inflatable cooler that we are bringing down for the pool days. It holds a dozen cans and has 6 drink holders around the outside. Perfect! Hehe. It's a pain to blow up, but we'll just take turns (the rum will take care of the germs, right? ).

MIA..My s/o sez' that I am full of hot air (among other things) and that I should not have any problem blowing it up.That is one of the many reasons his nickname is Jacka$$..I figure it will just take twice as long as a single...My plan is similar to CPR...Sip three.. puff two...

Betty..You got it !

Waterguy..We've got a couch...come on down!! (don't you need to practice for "six on the beach"?...

Kellyanna...We'll be lookin' for ya'..give us a call!
