Well, all I know is that Continental's mileage program changed when United took over and I just don't like the way United treats its customers. I've never complained about them, but when I use up my points, I won't be trying to accumulate any more with them!

Ha. Buddy of mine at the office just got to atlanta from his trip to St Martin at 1 AM this morning. They were supposed to get back Saturday evening. So, only 30 hours late. Yep, Spirit. He said the planes were filthy, the computer system wasn't working, they couldn't print receipts for the luggage fees so ended up getting double charged, they gave them a $7 voucher for dinner for their extra night in St Martin, and the employees couldn't have cared less. The only good thing about it was his wife was the one who booked the flights. Otherwise I think divorce proceedings would have already started.
