Areca Villa

I may be crazy but I am taking my family summer of 2013
to St. John. We have been going for over 10 years but not
with 8 people. It is hard finding the perfect villa.
Has anyone rented Areca or can anyone tell me more about it.

I'm interested in this villa too for next year. If you've been to or stayed at this villa PLEASE give us the scoop on Areca.

My family of 7 adults and an 8 month old will be at Areca end of July.
I'll post a report. Looks perfect for us and the owner has been very accommodating!

I look forward to your comments about this villa. I hope to tour the villa in June when I'm there. I have my eye on this villa for next year's trip. Our whole family will be celebrating our 50th.
