Done! I wrote the governor as well - I just don't see anything positive coming from this ridiculous law. Villa owners can no longer drive to St Thomas for supplies, St John rental agencies will not be able to meet demand, St Thomas car rental agencies will lose A LOT of business, tourists will be inconvenienced (or won't go because there will be a vehicle shortage), etc., etc. For a territory depending on tourism this is not a very smart move...
