Anyone Been to Chateau Bordeaux recenlty?

Post by WaterLemon »

Hi Everyone,

I guess my subject line says it all; since for the past few years Chateau Bordeaux has been opened, closed, open part time, etc., I was just wondering if they are open and how the food & overall dining experience is now?

We'll be on STJ in just over 3 weeks (YES!!!). It's been a few years since we've eaten dinner but we used to enjoy eating there. Since we'll be staying up on Bordeaux Mtn., and there will be a full moon while we are there... it could be a nice spot to have a cocktail and meal.

Thanks!
WL

We ate an early dinner there in December. They were only open a few days/week. The food was very good (but I don't remember what I ordered!), but the food came too quickly.

Drove by this afternoon and they were open. Sign outside says "Open for Lunch." Not sure if that has always been the case.

@inuny, That's what I recall from last year, too. The sign said open for dinner a few nights a week.

Well, if we do eat there I'll report back... it can be a nice spot for lunch too. But everyone already knew that!

BTW, 3 weeks from tomorrow!! So excited :D
