coral rays help!

Post by conchman »

Hey all, morning. We are coming down in October. Think we have it narrowed down to 2 villas. Anyone out there that can help? Two choices are Alta Vista and Coral Rays. Both on Coral Bay as we really prefer this side.

Thanks in advance...

I stayed at a house just above Coral Rays a couple of years ago. Just as an FYI, we had a perfect view into their pool, if that matters to you. Skinny dipping not advised! The road up to the house is paved at first but the last stretch before the turnoff to the house is unpaved and a bit rough (the turnoff is paved). If you've stayed in Coral Bay before you are probably used to that.

Make sure the vegetation is trimmed back so that the view is not impacted. I remember some complaints about that a while back. The view from up there is incredible as long as the trees are not in the way.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

I have stayed in at coral rays 2 times and the villa is nice. The view is OK IMHO the furnishing were starting to get a little worn but still nice and the villa was very clean- We have been looking at Alta vista also- it looks like a wonderful villa and it's hard to beat the current rate.
