Friends of mine are contemplating staying here this October. Does anyone have any reviews on this place? http://rentalstjohn.com/

It is in Villa Caribe; small older complex but well maintained. The owners are great!

The kitcen is a galley style but has everything you need.
I loved the covered porch, the only downside I can think of is that you can not access the pool directly from the porch, you have to walk around the side of the building. Certainly not eart shattering, just a little annoting.

Not that familiar with Villas Caribe, but look well kept..
I do know Palm Terrace Villas condos on the same street are really nice.

It might not have a/c, but other than that it looks nice!

Stayed there twice in the past 10 years. Nice location. Street level entrance. Big porch with decent view. Pool shared with 4 other units, but usually empty. No a/c though.
