Birthday Bash Trip report Day 2
We wake up to a very warm bedroom, but we expected that since the AC was not working in our room, but we discovered that the power was out.
It came back on about an hour after we all woke up and we made coffee and just chilled out.
At about 9am we headed into town (and all packed for the beach) to sign the paperwork for the car at STJ car rental. We rented a Vitara. It was a bit worse for wear with 3 very bald tires and more scratches and dents than a demolition derby car, but it ran and had AC so we were OK with it.
We walked down to JJ's for breakfast and had a great meal. I love the breakfast burritos and I had them put some Baileys in my coffee (D#9)
We decided that today would be a Trunk day. There was only one ship in and I really think that everyone should experience it. We had no problem finding a place to park and paid our $4 each and headed out to a wide open space with no one around.

We spent several hours here, just soaking in the sun and the view and had hot dogs from the snack bar for lunch.
We headed back to the villa to meet the Veterans for Happy Hour (D#10 & D#11)
we read that there was music at Skinny Legs so we headed out to Coral Bay. This is where the drink numbers get blurry. We had burgers and I ran into a ton of old friends so the Cruzan was flowing freely. The Newbie drove for the first time on the island, with me shotgun, although I am sure that I was no help at all.
We returned to the villa and the AC still was not working in our bedroom but I am very sure I didn't notice much that night.
