Help! Villafoodvi.com confirmation?

Need help from anyone who's used this company/Allison. On 11/27/11 made a request for food delivery for X-mas Eve & have yet to receive a confirmation. Have left phone messages, emails with no response. How long does it take to get a confirmation?

You may want to try St. John Catering. We've used them 2 years in a row and they are very good. You can chose one of their food packages or just give a list of items you need and they will price it out for you:

We were notified by out villa manager mid November that Allison had to leave the island suddenly for a family emergency. We had prepaid for our delivery on November 18th. There has been no response to our email or phone call as of yet. Does anyone know her? I'm worried about getting a refund since she is not responding to anyone yet.

Yeah, we never heard back from her. I think she had a family situation based on info from our villa company. Luckily we had paid anything.

Pick someone else would be my advice. Or, do your own shopping when you get there. It really wasn't much of a pain.

Thanks everyone for your help. We're gonna "wing it", pack some food and hopefully find someplace open in the afternoon on Christmas Eve when we get in. Am hoping at least the airport liquor store will be open!!

Alison is on island, I dont think she left. She works at waterfront bistro. You can also provision through Sam & Jacks Deli www.stjohndeli.com
