Any update on the Coral Bay hotel project?

Those folks were supposed to close on the Voyages building by now. I'm curious if they went through with it after the resistance they met up with at the public hearing.

They have not closed yet - at least that we are aware of

Maybe they're waiting for the Vitran bus to get to the closing. Soon come...
