Ferry from Cruz Bay to Great Harbour Jost Van Dyke

Post by SusanNJ »

HI, we're looking at taking the ferry on a Saturday (Oct. 29th) to meet up with friends for the cat fight on Jost. Is it recommended to make reservations? And if so, how far in advance do you need to call?

Good to know. SusanNJ, is there any link to the sailing? We are on island that day and might want to go over and watch also. We've never thought of reservations on that ferry, just show up at 8:30 and get on. It's never been crowded. I hope Pia or someone local answers this question.

I don't have a link for the sailing but if I find one I will post one. So it sounds like a reservation isn't needed. So I assume once you arrive on Jost you will go through customers? How long does that usually take?
