New Low Key Watersports Building Activity

Can any residents or recent visitors comment on the activity at the new Low Key spot mentioned in a recent On St John piece? It may affect our villa decision.

It is the building directly next to Grande Bay - what villa are you looking to rent as I can't think of a villa close by.

I talked to Ann Marie this summer, and she is very excited. Love her and know she will be a good neibor, but it will be a retail business... so you know....

And I do know there is talk of wanting a restaurant in the building as well but I don't think any plans have been made yet.
