Givanna's Giardino or Mountain Eyrie Cottage?

My brother and sister in law are planning their first trip to St. John this winter. They're going high season and trying to keep the cost down. I think they have narrowed their villa choice down these two. Does anyone have any first hand information on either? They asked me which one I would pick and I'm torn. Any help would be great!
