ISO new villa for next year-

Hello,all.
Let me start by saying that we LOVED Villa Jumbie this past May, but My Sweet Amy insists we try yet another villa next Spring.
We're liking staying in Coral Bay, but can be flexible.
So-
ISO-
A.C.in bedrooms,at least
Quiet area
Washer/dryer
Pool would be cool
Maximum privacy for extreme nekkid-ness
2 bedrooms
Cost roughly @ $1,500.00 off season
Somewhere somewhat new regarding construction...
I know there are plenty to choose from, but any new experiences would be appreciated.
In short,again,- we LOVED VJ and the surrounding area, and are looking for something resembling the options the home had.
Cruz,Coral,North Shore,East End,etc...-we're openminded for pretty much all areas of STJ.
Any recent reviews of Reef Bay Cottage...? Looks interesting...

Jim, we loved Adeste in 2009 for a week. Seagrape Hill. Three bedrooms, six people, wonderful pool. The view of Coral was amazing. The wrap around porches both up and down had amazing views and breezes. We circumvented the rental company and dealt with the owner through VRBO. Negotiated quite the price for 3 couples. This is a well kept secret that, alas, might not be well kept any longer PM me if you want details. Jan
