Where in Cruz bay is Uncle Joe's BBQ?

And can anyone provide em with directions to Donkey Diner from Cruz Bay?

Thanks!

It is across the street from Caps Place and the Lumberyard. There is no sign, but it's obvious what it is.

Donkey Diner--once you get to Coral Bay your options are to go straight or turn right. Go straight and the Diner is just a little ways ahead on the left.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Opposite to the Post Office, opposite to Cap's - you'll find it :)

I was concerned about a couple of reviews for Uncle Joe's on Tripadvisor - descriptions that sounded like blatant ripping off of tourists - so we didn't eat there. We probably missed some good barbecue though, but we had so many wonderful meals on St. John I figured I could get good barbecue at home.

SERIOUSLY? That is sad. I'll have to go find them and write a review! It is one of the cheapest meals you can have on STJ. And one of the best in my opinion.

We are just looking for a quick easy meal to eat the villa on the night we arrive (between Joe's and Happy Fish sushi) or after our boat trip.

You're right to plan for that Kristen. We were so exhausted after annoying delayed flights, then having to land in San Juan because the weather was bad in St. Thomas (!), and missing the ferry (it was a LONG travel day) that we ended up eating a frozen pizza our first night. (We made up for it every other night - I never cooked another dinner in the villa, which was perfect. :) )
