Air prices just went UP!

I booked my air to St.Thomas from St. Louis 3 weeks ago for June 3rd and I checked today, hoping they may have gone down and I could get a voucher. HA! They went up $320! I couldn't believe it. Just a little FYI if you are waiting it out for prices to drop.

I experienced something similar with our flight from Atlanta-STT in July. We booked in February when Spirit had a quick sale. We're getting both of us down there for less than $600 total, including taxes. Right now, the cheapest is $1000 total. I kept thinking "I'm going to regret not waiting for the Delta sale (nonstop) that will surely come in early Spring." Well, that never happened. Fares are pretty expensive everywhere right now.
