Villa help please-Interior access bedrooms?

Post by Mar »

I know this has been discussed but trying to research villas with interior access bedrooms.
Many of the ones mentioned in other posts are either already booked or too big.
Looking for 3 bedrooms.
Any help greatly appreciated!!

Hi,
Not sure what area you are looking at but we have stayed at Villa Carolina twice. It is located on the Coral Bay side of the island on Carolina ridge.

There are three bedrooms, inside access with the third bedroom down a flight of stairs. Actually for a third bedroom it was really nice. We didn't use it but did go down to check it out and it had a nice small patio and a bathroom just as large as the ones on the main level.
House is beautiful, views to die for with lots of privacy.

We are going for our first trip this July with our 2 kids so I have probably researched many villas with inside access. When are you going and what is your budget? I have really only researched villas on the coral bay side or mid island.

Thank you Pia, Hawaii and susan but.....
Casa Bueno - not avail
Morgan Point - not avail
Villa Carolina - not avail

I know Im looking kinda late, but I feel like everything is already taken...

I booked later than this last year and although I did a lot of research, I still had many options to choose from. We stayed at Amani last year but thats not available as well. Im open to more suggestions doesnt matter if its near Cruz Bay end or East End.

Hoping to find something for the middle of July.

question for Pia...
Any thoughts or feedback on:

Hi - Some of the villas we were looking at that have availability are:

1)Island Horizons - July 16th till end of month.
2)Luminaria - July 15th till end of month.
3)Hale Lani - open and looks very nice.
4)Villa Anansi - July 8 till end of month.

Hope this helps. There were also some open with 2 bedrooms not sure how many are going? Good luck.

Have you looked at Sol inclination? It has two interior bedrooms, but it also has an office with a sleeper sofa that could easily serve as a room for kids. It's worth a shot!

I have stayed at Luminaria and would highly recommend it. Upstairs master is very large, nice bathroom; lower level has 2 equal, very nice bedrooms and baths. One or both of the lower level baths has access to the pool deck.

Pool is completely secluded; javascript:emoticon('')and the views are great. It is available in July. Pm me if you like.

Also, check out Treasure Ridge through Destination St. John, Moonswept, Rhumb Runners in Coral Bay, Cinnamon Tarn, Bordeaux Breeze, Cinnamon Day Dreams, Villa Carolina and Daffodil Villa, Sol Inclination in Fish Bay, and Lagoon Pointe in Coral Bay.

Here are some with at least 2 bedrooms together under one roof (some also have sleep sofas, other arrangements so you can get more people in the same space):

Le Lapin II
Ristaba
Eden's Whim (age restriction)
Promises Kept (age restriction)
Villa Tesori
Amani
Villa Ambiance (loft w/4 beds, plus 1 master in main house)
Crystal Seaview
Avalon
Splendore (including loft)
Cinnamon Tarn
Villa Villekula

These are all on the Cruz Bay side of the island - a lot of the coral bay ones have interior access, maybe contact Windspree mgmt company (deals mainly with villas on the coral bay side) and ask them for their recommendations.

Good luck with the hunt.

Don't know your budget, but Villa South Palm in Virgin Grand Estates actually has 4 interior access bedrooms. I think they charge by the number of guests. We stayed there 3 years ago and it's beautiful with a great pool deck and view.
