Car rental age

I have have seen many posts indicating that the minimum age to rent a vehicle on St. John is 25....is that also true if we rent on St. Thomas?

Thanks for your replies....it has been years since our last trip to St. John, but I love to 'lurk' and enjoy the great trip reports!

Budget on St. Thomas rents 21 and up. There is a daily surcharge if you are under 25.
